Lychee, Berry and Basil

Lychees are rich in vitamins A,B, and C, and also in calcium and sodium. Their seeds are good for stomach pains, headaches, and for digestion.Source of fibres (important to regulate appetite), lychees also help to protect against infections, participating to cell renewal.


All types of berries are nutritious and low in calories.

They all contain vitamin C, good for immune system function and for strong connective tissue. They are also rich in calcium, magnesium, and potassium.


Basil has always been known for its therapeutics benefits.  It provides mineral salts, like calcium and phosphorus, which help for the development of bone tissues.

Furthermore, basil is rich in vitamins C, and A, and also in camphor, which helps to clear respiratory tracts.
