Juiceology is fantastic on it’s own, but is an excellent way to introduce amazing flavours to to mixed drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.


Recipes with Sparkling Mandarin, Ginger & Cardamom

This blend makes a wonderful combination for a variety of spirits – from botanical gin to luscious whiskey and cognacs.

Combine with a variety of citrus fruits – luscious mandarin with slightly sweet characteristics rounds off the blend and takes this refreshing and exotic drink into a variety of directions.

Juiceology Sparkling Ginger & Mandarin

Mumbai Mule

50 ml Vodka (also works with Citrus Vodka)

Top with Juiceology Sparkling Ginger

1 wedge of fresh lime

(opt. 1 fresh kaffir lime leaf)

Mekong Cooler

50 ml Gin (such as Bombay East)

Top with Juiceology Sparkling Ginger

Garnish with fresh lemongrass stalk

Sparkling Ginger 76

35 ml Cognac

15 ml Cointreau

20 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice

Shake all and strain into a chilled flute. Top with cold Juiceology Sparkling Ginger and garnish with a lemon zest.

Jam Jar

35 ml Bourbon (such as Woodford Reserve)

2 barspoons of apricot jam

10 ml fresh lemon juice

Combine the bourbon, jam and juice in a rocks glass (or jam jar!).   Add cubed ice and top with Juiceology Sparkling Ginger. Garnish with a fresh apricot.

Oriental Bellini

Combine ½ part premium Sake and ½ part Juiceology Ginger.

Punjabi Paloma

50 ml Reposado Tequila

15 ml Agave Syrup

15 ml freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice

Build over cubed ice and top with Juiceology Ginger

Highlands Hiball

40 ml of Highland Scotch (such as Dewars)

Wedge of 1 fresh lemon- squeezed into the drink

Drizzle (to taste) of honey

Non-alcoholic Recipes

Juiceology Sparkling Mandarin & Ginger served in a highball, garnished with fresh coriander

Juiceology Sparkling Mandarin & Ginger, squeeze of fresh lime and garnished with a few cardamom pods.

Juiceology ginger, squeeze of fresh lemon juice and a drizzle of honey


Recipes with Apple, Lime & Mint

Juiceology Raspberry-Mint Daiquiri

6 fresh raspberries

1 wedge of lime

50 mls Premium White Rum (such as Elements 8 Platinum or Bacardi)

splash of gomme or sugar syrup (1:1 ration) or sub 2 spoonfulls of sugar

125 mls Juiceology Apple-Lime-Mint


Place all ingredients in a shaker, squeezing the lime to get all the juice out. Shake hard for about 20 seconds and strain into a martini glass.


Recipes with Lychee, Berry & Basil

Juiceology London Spritz

125 mls of Dry White Wine (such as Cape of Good Hope Chenin Blanc)

20 mls of Elderflower Liqueur (such as St. Germaine) or sub elderflower cordial

125 mls Juiceology Basil-Lychee-Berry

Lemon Wedge

Starting with the wine, combine all ingredients over ice. Squeeze in the lemon wedge and stir briefly with a stirrer or straw. Garnish with fresh basil or just the lemon wedge.

Recipes with Mandarin, Ginger & Cardamom (still)

Juiceology Spiced Collins

50 mls of Grey Goose Le Citron vodka (or other premium Citrus Vodka)

1 tsp of freshly ground ginger

1 tsp of ground cardamom

125 mls Juiceology Citrus-Mandarine-Cardamom


Sprinkle the cardamom and ginger into the bottom of the glass and fill with vodka then ice. Top with Juiceology and stir to mix ingredients. Serve and garnish with a slice of fresh peeled mandarine or whole green cardamom.
